The Challenge: good data avalabibility but poor insights at the clinic level

When Quantum Medscan Radiology Group formed under Crescent Capital Partners, they had good group-level reporting. But Chris Munday identified a critical gap: "What was missing was giving the opportunity for the clinic managers or the practice managers to have readily accessible data for their locations to be able to make quick decisions."

The challenge was twofold:

  • Clinic managers, often from clinical rather than commercial backgrounds, needed intuitive tools.
  • Generic software solutions required extensive tailoring and couldn't provide the radiology-specific insights needed.
