Arkturus's user-friendly, radiology-specific dashboards became the key to unlocking autonomy and accelerating decision-making across the clinic managers in Quntum Medscan.

When Quantum Medscan Radiology Group formed under Crescent Capital Partners, they had good group-level reporting. But Chris Munday identified a critical gap: "What was missing was giving the opportunity for the clinic managers or the practice managers to have readily accessible data for their locations to be able to make quick decisions."
The challenge was twofold:
Chris Munday's number one priority was finding a solution that was "user friendly and [had] good visuals" to engage his team.
"What really impressed me about Arkturus was, one, I loved the dashboards and the clarity and the ease of use. So I immediately thought, this is something that I'm going to be able to get engagement from clinic managers. The second thing was that it's radiology specific... that was a huge advantage."
Unlike generic tools, Arkturus understood the data, the questions practice managers would ask, and how to present it in an immediately actionable way.
A key differentiator was Arkturus's deep industry knowledge and local presence in Australian-New Zealand region.
"Arkturus not only understood the industry incredibly well but were very, very quick with their responses... So things got done quickly as we set up our specific dashboards, and then the ongoing support [is] first class."
